Ventilation

The ventilation system went in on Friday. The plumbing, electrical and insulation will be done tis week. Our pre-drywall meeting is scheduled for Monday, June 30. We should get our closing date then.

Shingles on the roof

The roof was shingled about 1 week after the roof was on.

We have a house!

Sorry I have been bad about posting photos but the house framing started on May 26 and was fully roofed by June 5.

We have a contract on our house!

Just in the nick of time we got a contract on our existing home. We were down to about 2-3 weeks until we were out of time. the closing time of August 5 should be perfect. We will know in a few weeks when the house will be done but most likely around the first or second week of August. Our pre-drywall meeting will be the week of June 23.
